The leaders of the Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, Domenico Dolce, and Stefano Gabbana, decided not to delay the release of the new collection because of the coronavirus pandemic and to join the digital Fashion Week in Milan. This time Milan Fashion Week will be held in the online format from July 14 to July 17. The date and time of the fashion show will be announced later.

Besides, it was known that Dolce & Gabbana is going to return to the National Chamber of Italian Fashion that the brand left more than 20 years ago: recently, designers received a personal invitation from the president of the organization Carlo Capasa.

He decided to resume cooperation with Dolce & Gabbana after the brand launched a charity project aimed to combat coronavirus and donated mechanical ventilation devices to Italian hospitals. "This is an important message of unity and solidarity in such a difficult moment. It has a symbolic value," said Capasa.

He also added that the list of participants of the Milan Digital Fashion Week is still being formed, but Etro, Bottega Veneta, Ermenegildo Zegna, Dsquared2, and more than 40 brands have already expressed their desire to take part in the shows.
