Ellie Goulding in Bizarre Dress at the 2020 Brit Awards

The 2020 BRIT Awards was held last night at O2 Arena in London. One of the guests of the high-profile event was Ellie Goulding. The singer did hit the red carpet in a rather bizarre and bold look.

For the ceremony, the girl opted for a multi-colored patchwork lace dress from the Koché SS 2020 catwalk with a high slit. The singer left little to the imagination in the gown that perfectly showcased her toned physique. Ellie complemented her look with black velvet heels and Boodles jewelry - a pair of massive rings and diamond earrings. Ellie pulled her long blonde locks into a low pony tail and left a few strands loose to frame her face which was complemented with a rosy palette of blush tones.   

Unfortunately, this variation of the “naked” dress turned out to be not very successful. Because of the bright light, the singer’s black underwear was clearly visible under the translucent fabric, while the individual patches hanging from the shoulders and hem looked torn and untidy. With such unusual outfits, you need to be doubly careful. Alas, Ellie Goulding failed.
