Giorgio Armani and Poldo decided that taking care of pets should also be stylish and created a line for dogs

Not only people need designer clothes, but also their four-legged friends. Having in mind that taking care of a pet should be stylish, Giorgio Armani and Poldo launched a line for dogs. Poldo Dog Couture is a brand which makes luxury clothes, accessories, cosmetics and other products for pets. They often work with other brands.  

The recent collaborations were with Moncler, Alanui, Rubinacci. In the new collection, created with Giorgio Armani, they made a luxury capsule for dogs in the elegant and minimalist style of the Italian brand. 

Poldo's experience in pet care joint with the high quality of Armani products resulted in an interesting combination of stylish pet products with functional design. 

Each product is carefully thought out and made of safe materials: jacquard navy blue velvet, virgin wool, cashmere and bovine leather. 

The capsule includes: velvet coat, jumper, bed, travel mat, bag holder, collar, harness and leash. The products are available in various sizes and suitable for all dogs from the smallest to the largest.   

The goal of the designers is to make pets feel like the real ruler at home and outside, even when travelling. The collection was initially sold in Milan and Rome boutiques, but from April 2024 it will appear in shops worldwide. 

Giorgio Armani himself is an animal lover. Two Scottish fold cats named Angel and Mary and a Persian named Charlie live with the designer.
