Jean-Paul Gaultier's Fashion Freak Show, which is showing the life and career of the famous fashion designer, returns to the London stage. The first show will be at July 15th at the Roundhouse in Camden, north London, with 52 more performances to follow through August 28th.

Gaultier's Fashion Freak Show was last shown in London at the Southbank Center in 2019, shortly before the start of the pandemic. The managers promise a significant update: in particular, the stage format will change and a new soundtrack will appear. The author, director and costume designer of the production is Maestro Gauthier himself. He also choosed the music for his grandiose show. The creative team is led by French actress Toni Marshall and choreographed by dancer Marion Motin.

“I am so excited to have my Fashion Freak Show back in London. Throughout my career I have been heavily influenced by British music, theater and film. I hope that the audience will get the same pleasure from the show as I did, creating it,” Jean-Paul Gaultier shares his joy.

Jean-Paul Gaultier is a French high fashion designer who has created outfits for celebrities such as Rihanna, Kylie Minogue and Lady Gaga. In January 2020, Gaultier celebrated the 50th anniversary of his brand and retired, but did not stop creating. For example, he curates the Cinemode exhibition in Paris, dedicated to the power of women.
