Paris fashion Week welcomed the Chloé Pre-Fall 2020-21 collection. The main leitmotif of the fashion show was the art in all of its manifestations: some elements of the collection were inspired by painter Rita Ackermann, the authors of the soundtrack are Marianne Faithfull and Furio Jackson, and, more than that, Marion Verboom’s majestic sculptures decorated the show. Not surprisingly, the collection itself turned out to be very bright and artistic.
Creative director Natacha Ramsay-Levi has created a collection with delicate sensual looks. A feeling of lightness and even airiness of outfits is achieved by soft pastel hues and boxy outfits. The main colors of the line are sand, cinnamon, smoky shades and coral. It was not without classic blue – the main trend of 2020.

In addition to monochrome looks, the designer also presented outfits with classic prints – plaid and polka-dot. Dresses with floral motifs and returning of Argyll were pleasant surprises. Blouse with psychedelic pattern looked rather intriguing.

Colored leather doesn’t lose its relevance in the autumn-winter season, but the designer invites to combine it with fur to a little freshen up this long-running trend.

If a definite hit of the London and Paris shows is the Cape, the main purchase from Chloé should be a luxurious quilted coat in olive color and Palazzo pants.

A wide belt with bright appliqués is a very stylish accessory. Moreover, such an interesting detail looks both great with outfits in casual style and more monochrome outfits. The same appliqués decorate bags and add them playfulness.
