Paris Fashion Week welcomed the Christian Dior fall-winter 2020 collection. From the very beginning, the brand praised the beauty and strength of women, so the brand’s creative director Maria Grazia Curie continues to explore the topic of feminism in the new season. By the way, the debut collection of Curie, the first woman behind the wheel for Dior fashion house, came out under the slogan “We should all be feminists”.

The basis of every Dior collection is not only new shapes and silhouettes, but also an appeal to the brand’s artistic heritage: fidelity to French traditions, sophistication and femininity. The new collection includes both laconic suits and impudent transparent dresses. Apparently, the designer is hinting that the modern woman does not need additional attributes to feel strong.

The bold mix of prints looks feminine and natural. In the new fall-winter 2020 collection, flying fabrics compete with heavy velvet and denim with a diverse plaid. The main colors of the collection are all shades of black, brown and grey.

Much attention is paid to headgear: shawls, tied in the manner of bandanas, and laconic caps. Massive bright accessories and knee-high socks complement the looks.

The guests list was no less interesting: Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss, Elena Perminova, Alexa Chung, Demi Moore and many others. It goes without saying, that all the guests chose to come to the show exclusively in Dior.
