Milan Fashion Week has come to an end. On the last day, the Giorgio Armani and Fall/Winter 2022 collection was shown in absolute silence. As the famous fashion designer explained, he decided to give up music because "there is nothing to celebrate in the world now."

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there were few spectators at the show. Some of them supported the silent procession of the models with applause.
“ I had to find a way to communicate that we are not celebrating here, because what is happening out there really concerns me. So, I told my team I didn’t want any music in the show”, - aid 87-year-old Giorgio.

The joint show opened with classic suits for men and women, models in jodhpurs and mini blazers walked the runway, men paraded in not-lapel jackets and velvet trousers. The clothes of the new season literally shone with luxury and grace. Armani designers used velvet, cashmere, shiny knitwear, silk fringe and satin as the materials with a palette from dark blue to deep gray and black with hints of green. Women's dresses sparkled with sequins, beads and glass beads.
