Top 5 best gowns from the 2020 Emmy Awards
The 72nd awards ceremony took place at the empty Staples Center in Los Angeles, with host Jimmy Kimmel addressing the contestants and announcing the winners via video link. This time, the dress code motto of the evening was "Come as you are, but make an effort" - the participants and nominees of the award posted photos of their outfits on *******, turning different corners of their homes into a red carpet.
Despite the unusual format due to the need to maintain a distance, all the stars approached the choice of outfits no less seriously than usual. Some did not change traditions, opting for luxurious dressings by famous designers; others took the issue with a share of creativity and irony.
