In cold winter evenings, all we want is something delicious! More than that, we’re getting so lazy and inactive…But there is a way out! We decided to find out and share proven tips on how not to let winter blue spoil your figure and meet the spring fully armed.

  • Say NO to mayonnaise salads! Instead of high-calorie mayonnaise, use low-fat yogurt or olive oil.
  • Eat more vegetables – they contain many vitamins and fiber, which improves digestion. However, vegetables differ: don't lean on potatoes, carrots, beets and corn – they contain too much sugar.
  • Cook food to take to work. Thus, you won't be tempted to go to a nearby fast food or eat cookies from the nearest store.
  • Don’t relax during the holidays. New Year, Christmas, St. Valentine's Day –  it seems, that a series of winter holidays pushes to a plentiful table. No panic! You shouldn’t choke down a salad, but practice moderation. Just reduce the usual dose of hazards at the half.
  • Drink water – pure or with a slice of lemon and mint leaf. Due to lack of water, the metabolism slows, the skin becomes dry, wrinkles appear.
  • Alcohol: instead of high-calorie cocktails, order a glass of dry wine, washed down with a glass of water.

  • Go for a walk! The recipe is simple: don’t stay home. Children, husbands, favorite pets – spend time together, walking or playing mobile games. And forget about the elevator for good.

  • Go in for sports! Don't forget about regular exercise. Boxing, tennis, yoga, pilates, stretching. And don’t forget about the pool. Swimming burns calories better than Jogging.

  • Winter provides so many opportunities for sports: skiing, skating, snowboarding, hockey – choose to your taste!
