The Vogue Fashion Fund Awards ceremony took place in New York. This award has been held since 2003 where Vogue magazine, together with the Council of Fashion Designers of America, celebrates outstanding young designers from the United States.
This year, the designer Christopher John Rogers became the winner of the award: he received the most valuable prize - $ 400 thousand and the opportunity to take a special course from the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). Christopher will spend money on the development of his brand, which has already managed to gain popularity among celebrities, including Michelle Obama, singer Rihanna and Ashley Graham. The latter came to the award in a right luxurious Christopher John Rogers dress with a gradient effect in mint - grape color, thereby supporting the winning designer.
The jury also awarded Danielle Hirsch, designer of the Danielle Frankel wedding brand, as well as designer Reese Cooper and his brand of the same name: they were awarded 150 thousand dollars each.
There were many Hollywood stars who came to support young designers. The event was attended by Anna Wintour, the sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid, Candice Swanepoel and many others.
