Actress, playing Carrie Bradshaw in the cult series "Sex and the City", Sarah Jessica Parker, put forward her version regarding the true meaning of the series. It can forever change the way fans perceived the beloved project.
"Sex and the city" is one of the most popular series of its time. The story of Carrie and her friends - Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda - was so loved by the audience that the series maintained high ratings for 6 seasons, and its popularity allowed the creators to release 2 full-length feature films.
However, now, nearly 10 years after the release of the last film about Carrie and her friends, Sarah Jessica Parker has spoken about how she actually sees Carrie's story. Sarah assumes that her character just invented her friends!
"Just think," Sarah said. "What if Carrie made them up? She shares her story every week-events are covered on her behalf. Almost always on her behalf."
If you just think about it, Sarah's version is not without reason, because throughout the series it is Carrie Bradshaw who is the main narrator. Carrie is a columnist and author of novels for women, so Bradshaw could easily invent girlfriends to make her story look more exciting.
Interestingly, a similar theory was put forward by fans of the series "Friends". They claim that all the events in the series were just a priduct of Phoebe's imagination. The creators of both series don’t confirm these strange, but very interesting versions.
