Global fashion search platform Lyst has published a quarterly report listing the most popular brands and items from the last three months of 2020.
Gucci fall/winter 2020
Gucci fashion house became the leader in the list of the brands that were the most interesting for the service users in 2020. During the pandemic, the brand hosted its own online fashion and film festival, collaborated with The North Face, and contributed one of its dresses for the cover of Vogue America with musician Harry Styles. Next in the ranking are streetwear brand Balenciaga, which showed its fall/winter 2021 collection in a video game format, and Moncler recently announced a partnership with Rick Owens. The list of the most popular brands in the world also includes Off-White, Prada, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Versace, Valentino, Fendi, and others.
The platform devoted a separate rating to the most popular things of the end of 2020. It is topped by The North Face black down jacket, Birkenstock fur sandals, and Bottega Veneta Chelsea boots. They are followed by white Chloé booties, UGG boots, Skims velour hoodie, Jacquemus knit bra, Marc Jacobs shoulder bag, Sleeper pajamas with feathers, and Stand Studio teddy coat.
