“I’ve chosen myself” — this was the announcement on the cover of the March issue of Vogue, in which style icon Kim Kardashian told about the beginning of her new life after a divorce and a pandemic.

The Vogue team took shots of Kim and her four children in the parkland of her California estate. For the title image the stylists chose a Loewe dress with a silver corset, inside we find photographs of Kim in a snow-white Balmain dress and Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, massive Schiaparelli Haute Couture earrings in the form of a naked woman. The shots also include footage of Kim wearing a Balenciaga bodysuit, a stunning snow-white Givenchy dress, and a black evening Valetntino gown.

“My 40s are about being Team Me,-says Kim. I’m going to eat well. I’m going to work out. I’m going to have more fun, spend more time with my kids and the people who make me happy."

The Kardashian house, where the Vogue crew worked, is minimalist and designed by Belgian Axel Vervoordt, who has also designed interiors for Sting, Robert De Niro and Calvin Klein. Once this house was bought by a happy couple Kanye and Kim, but now the home is fully consistent to a divorced woman who loves herself.

Since Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February after six years of marriage, she hasn't spoken much about the reasons for the collapse of her marriage, but today she takes her life philosophically.

“I have been making other people happy for so long,” explains Kim, 41. “But in the last two years, I decided that I would make myself happy. It is important to be honest with yourself and understand what makes you happy. I chose myself. I think it's okay."

Kim said that a new era has begun in her life, the era of a mature, balanced woman and she is very happy about this.

In 2022, Kim Kardashian has been officially became the brand ambassador for Balenciaga, and her brand Skim underwear has become the official wear for the Beijing Winter Olympics through a partnership with Team USA.
