Last weekend the wedding ceremony of one of the most beautiful couples in the fashion industry took place in Paris. Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova and one of the heirs of the LVMH empire, Frenchman Antoine Arnault, got engaged at the Paris mayor's office in the presence of Mayor Anne Hidalgo on September 19.
Antoine Arnault decided to take a serious step after almost 10 years of relationship - the couple got together in 2011 after three years of friendship. He proposed to Natalia on February 28, 2019, on her 37th birthday, presenting a diamond ring. The wedding was scheduled for June 27, 2020, but, like many other lovers, they had to postpone the ceremony due to the global pandemic.
Natalia said that the couple originally planned to get married at the Abbey of St Peter, Hautvillers, and have a gala dinner for 300 guests. However, the wedding was held in a much more modest, warm circle of family members and friends, without journalists. That is why the information about Vodianova's wedding dress appeared only 2 days after the ceremony. The model chose Ulyana Sergeenko discreet midi dress with a turn-down collar and decorative embroidery made according to an old Russian technique.
