Sarah Jessica Parker's dress sells for $5,000 at auction

Gray and pink dress of Sarah Jessica Parker from the brand Oscar de la Renta will go to the highest bidder.The actress appeared in it at the premiere of "And Just Like That ..." in December 2021. The model was made in the New York atelier from silk chiffon with hand embroidery in the form of a magnolia and a puffy petticoat.
The starting price of the lot is $5,000, 100% of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to UNICEF. The actress decided to sell the dress due to the unstable geopolitical situation in the world in order to help needy children. "I proudly wore this dress to the premiere of 'And Just Like That...' and I'm honored to be collaborating with friends at Oscar de la Renta to put it up for auction now," the actress said. “All proceeds from the sale will be donated to UNICEF, an organization that I want to support now more than ever given the current geopolitical conflicts. I think it's important to say goodbye to the dress in this way, and I'm looking forward to seeing whose closet it calls home next."
The haute couture cocktail dress will be on sale on the Encore platform and on the official website of Oscar de la Renta on March 31, 2022.
