In Paris, a vandal abused the famous Mona Lisa. An unknown visitor to the Louvre in a wheelchair and a wig approached the canvas, after which he tried to break its protective glass, and when nothing came of it, he threw a piece of cake and began to scatter rose petals around him.

Security immediately ran up to the picture and tried to clean the cream that had fallen on it. The psychopath was immediately rounded up and taken to the police. During the detention, he only muttered incoherent phrases in French about saving the Earth and the participation of all the artists of the world in this. “Think of the Earth. There are people who destroy the Earth. All artists, think of the Earth. That's why I did it," he shouted. It is interesting that initially the criminal entered the Louvre, disguised as an old woman.

A video of the incident was posted on social media. Fortunately, the famous masterpiece by Leonardo da Vinci was not damaged. The Gioconda has been attacked several times already: in 1957, a visitor threw a stone at it, in 2009, a ceramic cup, and in 1974, a vandal tried to fill the canvas with a red spray.
