LVMH has created its first virtual ambassador. A female avatar named Livi will be trademarked and will begin advertising for the brand's merchandise in the coming weeks. Livi is an abbreviation for LVMH Innovation Virtual Insider, the digital model will become the face of all areas of the company and will represent them in social networks and metaverses.
As planned by the creators of the avatar, her face will make the brand more recognizable, which will stimulate sales. In the future, Livi will be able to change clothes, hair color and length, use different makeup, and even acquire artificial intelligence over time. In the real world, Livy will be able to attend events as a hologram.

On June 16, she will host the sixth LVMH Innovation Award at Viva Technology, a showcase of startups in computing and innovation that help connect the virtual and real worlds.
