According to the WWD source, M Missoni and Yoox are going to present an exclusive capsule collection consisting of 11 pieces. The name of the collection "Reuse, Remix, Respect" speaks for itself - designers promote conscious consumption and care for the environment. All models are made of repurposed materials and eco-fabrics such as sustainable Lurex and FSC viscose what means that the fabric was produced in compliance with environmental requirements and causing minimal harm to nature.
The capsule includes dresses, skirts, and trousers in reimagined signature chevron patterns, the price of which varies from $ 75 to $ 360.
This is the first collaboration of M Missoni after appointing Margherita Maccapani Missoni, granddaughter of brand founder Ottavio Missoni, to the post of creative director of the brand. "Both M Missoni and Yoox are committed to sustainability initiatives and developments in the industry. We aim to build evergreen relationships with projects which, like ours, respect communities and share values," said Margherita Missoni.
